#9 Tips To Learn Spanish

1. Change All Of Your Devices To Spanish

One of the best things that you can do to learn Spanish quickly would be to completely immerse yourself in the language.

While you might not be able to get up and move to a Spanish speaking country, you will be able to immerse yourself in written language on your various devices.

You can change your device settings to the Spanish language so you are forced to learn to navigate your devices in Spanish.

Along with this, you can install various browser extensions which will convert everything that you read into Spanish.

This alone can immerse you in the language and really force you to look up vocabulary that you might not know.

2. Write-In Spanish Daily

Another good thing that you are going to be able to do to utilise the Internet to help you learn Spanish during your free time would have to be writing in Spanish on a daily basis.

By writing in Spanish, you will be able to put your thoughts on paper and allow you to learn how to formulate sentences much better.

You can do this by bringing up Microsoft Word or even Google Translate on your computer and begin jotting down experiences you had during the day or even what you are planning on doing for the day.

This can help you formulate a habit that will allow you to stick with it consistently.

3. Watch Internet Videos In Spanish

How much time do you spend on YouTube every day?

If you are someone that enjoys consuming content on YouTube, you could easily use the time you spend on YouTube to be more productive.

Instead, you could be using that time to watch and consume videos in Spanish.

If you must watch the content that you enjoy during this time, you can even utilise the feature which will allow you to turn on subtitles in Spanish which can allow you to practice learning different sentence structures and more.

4. Get An App

Another good way to practice learning Spanish on the Internet during your free time would be downloading and using an application on your mobile phone or even on the Web to do it.

There are all kinds of Spanish learning apps that you will be able to leverage throughout the day which can encourage you to learn a lot of Spanish.

Some of the best apps that you can consider getting into your daily routine are Memrise, Duolingo, and more.

All of these apps work by making learning Spanish and other languages a ‘game.’

Therefore, it can encourage you to score more and earn more points by keeping your learning streaks alive and more.

5. Spanish Podcasts

Are you someone that enjoys listening to podcasts?

If so, you can always subscribe to Spanish learning and/or Spanish podcasts.

By doing this, you are going to be able to learn a lot about the Spanish language and even practice your speech recognition skills.

This will help you tap into something that you normally wouldn’t be able to get simply reading Spanish on the Internet.

Being able to understand native speakers is just as important as being able to read.

6. Spanish Audiobooks

Another option would be to subscribe to an audiobook subscription service like Audible.

By doing this, you are going to be able to really learn a lot of Spanish that you might not have been able to learn otherwise.

Along with this, there are plenty of Spanish learning audiobooks that you can purchase to practice during your free time.

7. Use Repetition Software

Another good idea would be to use flashcard software like Anki.

Using this kind of software on your computer and even on your mobile devices will allow you to practice vocabulary wherever you are.

This is a great option for those that are looking to learn during their downtime and spare time because you will be able to pull out your phone, tablet, or computer when you are not busy and practice some words.

By doing this every day, you will be able to add 5 new words to your vocabulary every single day.

8. Read Books

Another good option would be to use the Internet to find books and to read books in Spanish. A lot of people learn better by reading.

Therefore, if you are someone that learns visually, you will want to include reading books in your routine.

9. Watch Movies and TV Shows

Whether you want to watch movies and TV shows originally in Spanish or those that are dubbed in Spanish, you should be able to add this to your routine in your spare time which will allow you to practice speech recognition and keep you entertained at the same time.

Using TV shows and movies is a great option to consider for your spare time so you don’t necessarily feel like you are spending your time learning.

Overall, there are so many different tools and resources that you can leverage on the Internet to help you learn Spanish.

If you are looking to learn the language, you will want to use some of the tools and resources mentioned in this article.

By doing so, you should be able to make your language learning journey a lot more fun and rewarding.

There are a lot of paid and free options to consider adding to your learning routine.

Therefore, you don’t have to necessarily add a bunch of paid options to make learning more expensive.

Most of all, you want to have the proper motivation and dedication to achieve your goal of learning a new language.
